About Us

Colibri Villas S.A. is an investment corporation formed in May 2006 to create residential construction projects in Roatan, Honduras.

Our management team consists of Mr. Ron Sedlak, Canadian citizen, Project Manager and Administrator and Mr. Hever Edson Medina, Assistant Project Manager and Electrical technician. We have a very competent team of structural engineers, designers and advisors behind us with a cumulative 70 years experience in the construction industry in addition to an experienced and capable construction team. 

The initial Colibri Villas development consists of only 6 condos and is expected to complete by fall of 2008. Our aim is to do small to medium size projects with a fast turnaround. This way you can enjoy your Caribbean home or investment as soon as possible.
