At Colibri Villas we want to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Let us know when you are coming (phone, e-mail) and we will pick you up at the airport (no charge) when you arrive.

If you would like us to fill your fridge and/or kitchen cupboards before your arrival, simply provide us with a list and we will have the items there for you. This can be paid for upon your arrival.

If you wish to rent a car, let us know and we will have a reservation for you when you arrive at the airport.

Room service and pool service will be available for a small charge and can be put on your tab to be paid upon departure if you are only staying for a short time. Many other services will be available to you, many free of charge. Just ask!

         Rental  Plan

Once you own a Colibri Villas condo, we understand that you may be buying for investment purposes or in any case may not be on the island using your condo year round.

If you like (requires a simple signed contract with your permission), we will rent your unit out to others while you are away.

We cannot guarantee occupancy rates, as seasons and situations on Roatan vary. We will however have a full time person assigned to promoting and renting out the available units and will do our best to maximize your income. As owner you will receive 75% of the net rental receipts.  25% will be retained as a management fee for promotion, administration and upkeep of your unit.
