Private business loans
are accepted by the project on a longer-term basis, rolling over
your principal from one project to the next into our future projects. Variable rate interest
payments are
returned to you at the end of each construction project when the condos
or
other units
are sold. Our business model involves smaller projects to have a
faster turnaround, creating profits for all concerned.
Specific loan interest
percentages
are on a best-efforts basis and are not possible to
guarantee or promise. We will, however, do everything
possible to return to you a far above average return.
