Condo Pricing

Pre-construction prices for the condos start at just $189,000 for the ground level units, $199,000 for the second level units and $209,000 for the third (top) level units. These prices are truly one of the best values on the island for the semi-luxury unit you will be enjoying.

Note: these prices had to be raised recently due to the rising prices of steel and concrete in Honduras. While most condos on the island are selling for $300,000 to over $1,000,000, we are committed to keeping our prices in a reasonable and affordable range. Although this project only consists of 6 condos, we have other such projects planned and fully intend to keep to the same principles of over-delivering on quality and service while maintaining reasonable prices. 

We keep prices lower by constantly searching for quality materials at a lower price, purchasing raw materials in bulk wherever possible and from the wholesalers on mainland Honduras. This allows us to save approximately 20% on materials and these savings are then shared with you. Meanwhile, we like to support the construction workers that are building for us. Although labor rates are very low compared to North America, we pay a fair wage (relative to Honduras) which is higher than many pay here on the island.
