Special Packages
Special packages are available
upon request and can be tailored to your tastes and wishes. Units normally come
unfurnished except for kitchen major appliances and washer/dryer.
The earlier in the construction process you reach us with your ´wish list´
the more exactly we will be able to give you what you want, including:
- choice of colors for inside painted walls
- features of your kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms including wall finishes, lighting,
colors and styles
- extra nooks or shelves added to order
- furniture made to order from fine Honduran hardwoods, including dining room, living room and bedroom furnishings
- patio furniture
- if you think of anything else, just ask!
As there is
no way to price these options in advance, an estimate will be
done based
on the personalized package you have requested and we will tell you the
estimated price of the additions.
If only modifications are asked for that
do not create extra
construction costs, possibly there will be no extra charge at
all! We want
to provide a home for you exactly the way you want it.
